Kotak Mahindra Bank — Preclosure amount paid but account still active

Hi,

I have bought a television 3 months back with kotak finance and on December I tried to pre-close the kotak finance and paid the full amount with preclosure charge on Dec 10. I have transferred the amount to kotak and missed to inform for the pre closure to customer care on the same day. I have called to customer care on 11 th they said you need to pay per day interest and call again. So I paid the interest amount to kotak on Dec 13th and informed to customer care to close my account and they said we will close the account. All of sudden 3rd January 2022 I got a message that I have to pay my EMI amount towards the television and I called to customer care regarding this they said I didn't call them for the foreclose to inform on Dec 13th. Customer care itself said I have called on 13th December 2021 but they saying I hav not informed for the foreclose. I have asked to check you call recording what I said on 13 th Dec for the foreclosure but they neglect to check that. Now they asking me to pay interest amount from 13th Dec 2021 to till now to foreclose again. I have asked the customer care to escalate the call on 3rd Jan 2022 to next level and they said they will call me back Jan 4th but still no call. Customer care is not taking supportable on this. My Loan A/c No. CFB6333770 for kotak mentioned. Kindly take necessary action.
