Subject: Complaint Against Harassment by Kotak Mahindra Bank Recovery Agents
I had taken a loan of ₹40, 000 from Kotak Mahindra Bank, and I have been repaying it. However, due to some medical issues, I was unable to make timely payments recently. Since then, I have been receiving repeated harassing calls from the following numbers:

These callers claim to be recovery agents from Kotak Mahindra Bank and have been threatening me. The harassment has severely affected my mental health. I am under extreme stress, and I no longer feel like going to work because of the constant pressure and fear caused by their calls.
They have even said things like, "Come meet us, we’ll show you what we can do, " which I perceive as a direct threat.
Additionally, they have been calling my friends and relatives — especially my friend Ajesh Sarkate, saying that since he is a guarantor, he must repay the loan. They have also called my brother and verbally abused him with foul language. I have recordings of these calls as proof.
I request you to take immediate and strict action against this behavior. If no action is taken promptly, I will be forced to file a formal complaint in consumer court or other appropriate legal authority.
