[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — recovery team calling any odd time for payment delay | |||
I am credit card customer any doing the payment regularly before date. This time due to some personal problem it was delay for 4 days late payment. The recovery team calling daily 4-5 times in odd time and asking for payment where as i was ready for the delay penalty. Surprising that after payment done on 16/02/2019 and received the message but getting the call till 19/02/2019. And also they don't know how to talk to customer. This is very terrific experience from kotak bank. I can say here kotak banks is a # bank as they don't know relation with customer. Very soon i am going to close the credit card.
