My ticket payment show faild on irct for ticket booking.4 july for 19 aug (train no-15066) nasik to gorakhpur, but payment debited from my account kotak mahindra bank a/c no-[protected], raju kumar verma, ref no-gbm-[protected] and irct transection id is-[protected], still amount-8286rs are not refund to my account...? plz check and solve in as soon as possible.Its needful...Thank u.
