Kotak Mahindra Bank — Refund of excess payment

I applied a CREDIT CARD loan from ICICI Bank and they disbursed the loan amount 111000/- to my Kotak Mahindra credit card account.
This loan is taken for my urgent personal need but due to this irresponsible act from ICICI Bank my amount is stuck with Kotak Credit Card Account.
I am amazed that why someone would transfer loan amount to credit card account.
When I see no hope from ICICI I requested to Kotak Bank to refund my amount to my savings account through a mail by providing all the requested details, i.e. bank details, bank statement, and transaction details etc.
But after raising the issue three times; i received the mail from Kotak demanding the same details and documents again.
They are deliberately harassing.
Hoping a positive solution regarding this issue

Issue is not been resolved till date, no one callled from kotak bank till date, my amount is still stucked with them.
