Dear Sir, Kotak Mahindra Bank Manager, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi 110053, my request is that my Shazia Naz bank account, account number [protected], CRN NO[protected], has been frozen and blocked. I have been told that someone tried to commit fraud in my account due to which my account has been frozen, whereas only the accused's account related freeze and block should have been closed and the police report for which has been filed in Jhajjar, Haryana. I want to know that the victim lives in Delhi and the account is also of Yamuna Vihar, Delhi, on which the crime has taken place. The crime has taken place here under sections 173, 154, 156. The FIR and complaint should have been filed in the same police station whose Cyber Crime Police Station is Jyoti Nagar, Delhi 110093. Therefore, please transfer my complaint from Jhajjar police station and register it in Jyoti Nagar police station and close the freeze and block only the accused's account and unfreeze my account. Thank you.
