Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding account total freeze | |||
Hi, Customer :raghunandana bk Crn:[protected] Account has beeen total freeze with out any prior notification[protected] for signature missmatch), Even though account is active since more than 6months and executive has done the aadhar verification (Biometric verification) 6months back. * even though i didn't used bank check for transaction and even debit card to do the transcation (Am only using ditial transaction) Why it is freezed? * even after submitting the document mitc and self attested copy of pan (Attached documnet sent on registered email on[protected] to [protected]@kotak.com) still Executives are asking me to vist home branch for activating (Which i dont want to do so) What is necessary of visting branch since i opened online and verification done by your executive by visiting my place and do expect the same now Please support me and slove the issue as soon as possible.
