[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding annual fee on debit card rs.885

My account has been deducted for Rs.885. for annual fee on debit card.
While taking the account I got an update from your executive that there wont be any charges were present on the bank account and debit cards.
I don't know why you are trying to deduct now.
If this goes on and I wont get any reimbursement for the money which was deducted, I will cancel my kotak bank account.
Can you update and provide me the refund asap.

My account has been deducted for Rs.885. for annual fee on debit card.
While taking the salary account executive didn't mention this plus this is 3 year with kotak mahindra bank and never happened before.
I don't know why you are trying to deduct now.
If this goes on and I wont get any reimbursement for the money which was deducted, I will cancel my kotak bank account.

I am facing the same problem my savings account has been debited with amount of Rs 885 twice for year 2020 and 2021 as debit card charges and also rs 850 has been blocked as not usable balance, in short i have been charged approximately rs 2500 in 6 monthsIf that are the charges i would like to cancel my card. I am a student and cant pay such heavy chrages therefore please refund my money and cancel my account if possible.
