[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding loan emi bounced | |||
Hello Got a message from kotak saying the emi through ecs has bounced, where as my account had more than sufficient balance the day emi was to be deducted. There was no transaction from kotak for this. Later i called kotak customer care and the executive told me that there was some technical issue and my emi will be auto deducted without any bounce charges. Till date that has not been deducted and i continuously getting messages/emails from kotak to pay the emi. Please resolve the issue. Feb 19, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved EMI was deducted through ECS the next day of raising the complaint.

also loan a/c no. SPLN60471242. My PL's emi deducted from PNB on date 5th of every month but this month emi was not deducted even though sufficient amount in PNB Ac/ no. why this happens i dont know
