Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding my credit card

Respected Sir, My Credit card is approved on 14th february 2015, but still now i didn't get my card. i check the status of courier it shows consignee address is incorrect, i contacted the courier service they said that please inform to the shipper to change consignee address.my actual address is M.srujan h.no:8-3-615/1/B habeeb bagh, yellareddy guda, ameerpet, Hyderabad.
