Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding no any number exit behind your credit card

I am. Trying to call call since 10 days but not single number is exit in behind your credit card
Shameful act of Kotak Mahindra bank
All numbers are wrong behind the credit card of Kotak Mahindra bank
I got bill of credit card bill of rs 496
But I didn't got the bill
To make payment I should know the bill ditails I tried so many times to calls to customer care of credit card department but not able to call
So please kindly give me the detail of credit card bill that I can make payment and reverse my charges to late payment if occur because it's your mistake
