Kotak Mahindra Bank — regarding received less cash from atm

My bank account no. [protected] l have registered complaint in customer care against not received complete cash from axis bank atm, sharifa road, amrut nagar on 01 sept 2018 at 10.50 pm when i have done second transaction of rs 10000 but received only rs 8000. Please check my atm photage and add my deduction amount rs. 2000 in my account. Kindly reply me on my registered email address. Thank you
