I want to complaint against kotak mahindra bank, its been 1 yr i am receiving call regarding the recovery of loan, which is in name of my tenant mr rai juneja, west delhi. Kotak bank executives are using abusive language and continuously mentally disturbing me. If the loan is not in my name, why i have been receiving call. What kind of ethics does the bank poses.
I would request the bank to give their franchise banks a legal ethics to contact the right person and at right time. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable for me and i would definitely take a legal action against the bank if i receive a call again.

Pls take a action asap, as now my tolerance has increased to a high. How long should i tolerate their abusive and ill manner.
