Hi Team, I have accepted the Balance Transfer facility with your bank for my existing loan 1 month back. I was told from your team that the complete process will take only 2-3 working days to get completed. I had added some additional personal loan amount with that Balance transfer amount on which I had made further commitments and now it’s going to be 1 month but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I can’t believe how irresponsible your staff is who take up new customers request like this. I am being assisted by your members in such a bad manner that I am not getting any genuine updates and finally I had to write to you. I request you to please either look up in my case or else request you to withdraw my application.
