Kotak Mahindra Bank — reimbursement/refund of extra/unnecessary charges levied in my account

I have two account in your bank in rohtak, haryana region

Both account is opened as two in one account that means demat cum account.

As per bank offical when you are opened two in one account then no minimum balance account is maintain. So i didnot maintain any minimum balance till date.

Now in september 2019 and october 2019, my both account have so much charges levied as per my bank statement attached

As for such issue i have told many times to your bank official

Monu doing work in your model town branch and vishal was branch manager in model town now branch manager in huda complex branch

Kindly request you take necessary action as soon as possible and refund my all unnecessary charges leived
