[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Request for refund excess paid amount and update in CIBIL | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam I have take a car loan AL [protected] or (icx2718) from kotak bank in July 2011, as per my record i have not only paid full amount also paid excess rs.6210.00 after that kotak bank have issue noc to me. it's shocking that after the issue noc how you can active my loan account and not removing cessory from cibil portal..? i have already write email lot of time as well as write email to cibil as enclosed as per cibil record my auto loan also active and showing on cibil report, so you are requesting please remove cessory and update loan in cibil portalso, and requesting please look in to the matter and save me from unnatural showing bad impact on my cibil, and as per showing on cibil RS.-9601 and please help me for refund my excess amount by dd or cheque as per bank record address Was this information helpful? | |||||
