Kotak Mahindra Bank — required action against charges debited by kotak mahindra prime through my bank account

I'm loan account holder of cf16692333 in kotak mahindra prime car finance.

I have taken moratorium for the month of april and may 2020. And it has been approved by kotak mahindra prime but at the time of moratorium kotak mahindra prime also presented cheque for auto renewal to my bank account. So i have been debited with extra charges like cheque bounce etc... So kindly take immediate action against it and revert my debited amount back.
