To, The manager, Kotak mahindra bank, Laxmisagar branch, Khordha. Subject: complaint letter for reversal my charges inr 343.85 Sir/ madam, I am an account holder in your bank since last 3 months. My 811 number is [protected]. I want to bring this to your kind attention that some amount (Rs.343.85) has been debited from my account against debit card annual fee for 2017. I am trying to change my email address on kotak bank application for bank statement since I have wrong email address registered but not getting an option to get it changed so please help me with the same as soon as possible an get it sorted, I need my my bank statement as It is very urgent. Thank you.

Hi, as per current functionality you may update your Email Id via net banking post completion of 6 months since last update. In order to do so login into Net Banking and click on Profile option and Edit email ID. Alternatively, you may visit any of our nearest branch and place a request for the same. ^Team Kotak
