Kotak Mahindra Bank — Reversal of IMPS | |||
Below is the list of service requests raised for reversal of IMPS. 1-[protected] (Rejected in 20 Days, Reason: customer not accessible for debit confirmation) 1-[protected] (Rejected in 4 Days, Reason: Not provided) 1-[protected] (Rejected in 1 Days, Reason: Not provided) 1-[protected] (Rejected in 3 Days, Reason: Not provided) 1-[protected] (Rejected in less than 24 hours, Reason: Not provided, ) After the rejection of first request, we approached beneficiary bank i.e. Bank of Baroda (BOB) and they informed us that subsequently they were able to contact the customer for debit confirmation and next IMPS reversal would be processed from their end. After that we raised 4 requests form Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMBL), Mumbai Central branch but until today no IMPS reversal request has reached BOB as claimed by them. We were in regular contact with BOB after raising each request however they claim that they never received any request from Kotak Bank. BOB customer has also provided letter to BOB for reversal of IMPS and blocked Rs. 50, 000 from his account as claimed by customer. Nevertheless, they are waiting for reversal request from Kotak Bank.
