Kotak Mahindra Bank — reversal of late payment

Dear sir/madam

I had credit card from kotak bank[protected]) where the payment of rs.29615.28 was in outstanding which was unpaid for nearly two years due to jobless and went for study. And in the month of june 2019 i voluntarily called the bank for settling the amount and negotiated with the collection agent mr. Murugan & selvaraj for settling the amount of rs.22000 is enough for reversing all my charges and assured that this amount will not reflect in my cibil history, as per their instruction i have got the dd amount of rs.22000 and given by collecting reversal letter. Still rs.7615.28 is reflecting in my credit card account and my cibil is also updated even after 60 days of my settlement. Kindly look into it
