Kotak Mahindra Bank — Reversal of miscommunication charges | |||||
Dear sir I have complaint to kotak mahindra bank regarding Reversal of Charges. I am having saving account with kotak mahindra bank and the account number is [protected] it's and old account and I am not using it from more than last 1year now I deposit Rs 47600/- amount and 13000 rupees deducted as a maintenance charges. Same is discussed with Branch manager JABALPUR and he told me to deposit the amount and Charges will be reversed or waiver to u and now he is telling me that he will do it in after 3months and also telling that this is nominal charges after my deduction of amount. REQUESTED you to kindly reverse the Charges as a friendly gesture so I can continue the account with u. Requested u to kindly do the needful.
