Hi m elizabeth, i have tkn a loan n have givn 2 request to cancellation by visiting to branch but d executive hav done only 1 cancellation d other 1 was runing from july month n i hav noticed tat in d month of october n called.manager sana was good n helpful n refunded my money but now in the month of nov n dec also my money was deducted n complaint so today sum lady mngr chandrani frm mumbai called me n was vry rude tone n ws not having politeness twrds customers.she stated tat just coz i dint give u reversal ur saying m rude with u.bleady beggers u ppl r taking money from us n being rude with us.is this ur cust satisfaction?u ppl r taking money from july n eating frm me.morovr ur saying tat ur giving money to me.guys nvr trust this kotak waste ppl they nvr do they wrk properly n raise d voice.
