Kotak Mahindra Bank — Salary savings account not activated after 25 days | |||||
Hi, It has been 20days ever since i have submitted my documents to open my Salary account with my new employee FIS and til date, my account status is Inactive. I am deeply peeved by the services.and your hostile responses so far . I raised a complaint on 11.3.17 (1-[protected]) and i have not got any callback as promised. I valled up again on 17th march but no assistance was provided. I called up Kotak customer 19th march from my registered no and the approach of the supervisor Vinay Banghera appeared lax and uninspiring. He seemed to be Going with the motions and unperturbed by my concern. I am a lower middle class employee and with no salary account yet, i am getting the jitters now, clueless with my salary account status and dreading month end when i may be handed over a cheque or maybe nothing.
