Kotak Mahindra Bank — saving a/c not opened by preet vihar delhi branch

Dear sir,
I have applied to open a saving a/c at preet vihar delhi branch. For this purpose a cheque of rs.1, 00, 000/- no.461661 payable at united bank of india issued by me in favour of kmbl sameer saxena. This cheque debited to my united bank a/c on dt 09/08/2017 but branch not opened my saving a/c. The branch manager and other staff not responding for the same. If my saving a/c can not be opened than kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
