I understand your point, however I have no email evidence which states the request for outstanding amount.
further, I think that it is the duty of the banker to at least inform things on an email rather than sending things on sms.
Further, when the amount was debited, there was no intimation for the same.
I would have been a very happy customer if the same was debited after taking my permission.
I was planning things for Diwali with that money & the same was debited without my concern, how fair is that?
Further to this, the service is very bad & the customer service rep did not help me when I spoke to them twice.
I had told your executives that my wife is hospitalized & that my new born baby was in hospital NICU but you guys did not heed the same. Is this the type of service to be expected for a loyal customer like me who has been with you from 2 years.
You can go ahead & check my previous transactions if I have delayed a payment.
Kindly explain as I want to close this account both (Salary & Credit Card).

Further to this, the same is also not reflecting in my account after you guys debiting my account for the due amount of the credit card.
The account of mine is still not reflecting with the changes & you guys have put forward an email for the same which is really a sign o[censored]nprofessionalism. Kindly reflect the same with the new changes & close my account with due respect
Also make me talk to your nodal head or someone in the business who can take decisions in such cases.
