Dear sir, I am writing to make a complaint. Yours organization of a very bad service .Disappointment with one of your employees Today, when I go to your kotak bank in Sadar bazar branch Ambala cantt, and I requested Mr. Manish to solve my problem but he is not interesting talk with me. last 3 month I continuously come in branch but he is always saying that come to next Monday. I have a salary account in kotak branch but I saying that to convert in saving account because in month of September bank deduct my balance in my account. My balance is not refund.
