Kotak Mahindra Bank — taking extra chargers & presenting ecs on moratorium period. | |||
Hi. I have taken a car loan from kotak mahindra bank limited. On 2017 (5 years tenure). All my monthly payments are correctly done till lockdown starts in india. When lockdown starts my income is stopped and i opt for moratorium for my car loan and informed the bank. But the bank still put my ecs check on my bank several times in month and it’s bounced due to insufficient balance. All the time i have to pay bounce charge and other bank penalties. The kotak mahindra bank always doing this type of cheating against their customers for taking extra charges. I have taken moratorium from april to june and then exetend it to june & july. But bank still presenting my check to my bank and increasing my financial burden. Please take necessary action against this bank as soon as possible. Due to this cheating i have to pay a big amount as charges itself. This fraud bank doing this cheating against their customers and increasing financial burden in this lockdown period.
