The employees of Kotak Mahindra Bank (Loan Dept), MIDC Branch, Andheri East are the worst in terms of professionalism. I have taken a personal loan and from the very first day of this initiation, I am facing issues. The latest : I get a call from the bank and find out that I have 9 EMI bounces (That too they are confused whether its 9 or 12!) and a heavy charge which, as per my statements are wrong. Now that to clarify my issue, I call the loan dept staff of the bank but they do not respond or even give out a solution. I have been continuously calling out for my statements but no progress. Yesterday, I gave a call to the Kotak customer care to find out whats going on and I get to know that besides this loan issue, they have even updated my phone no. and email id wrongly (another great example of their irresponsibility!). I would strongly request the headquarters to take serious action to this problem. And here's a quick advice - There's no point of appointing employees when they are not beneficial to their clients.
