Kotak Mahindra Bank — Torturing for credit card

From last 3days I'm keep on getting calls for credit card, I'm not interested on kotak credit card, but today again I got a call from [protected] I have clearly told I'm not interested, even though without my permission she has process the application. This is not right way to behave.
