Kotak Mahindra Bank — Totally unprofessional attitude

1. Please refer kotak credit card application form no[protected].
2. I had applied for a credit card on 07 mar 2016. I recieved a verification call from your credit card verification department through tel no [protected].
3. I need to hereby inform you that the verification department of kotak mahindra bank lacks basic courtesy and needs a huge level of improvement. The person verifying details from me did not bother to introduce himself, in addition he was asking me details such as my pay details of which have been already been deposited to the bank in form of my payslip and my bank account statement. Apart from this while i was talking to him he abruptly disconnected the call and never cared to call back.
4. I had provided all details required by the bank in physical format, even after this if this kind of attitude is shown from the bank's employees, its a very sorry state of affairs.
5. I immediately informed the same to the customer care department of kotak mahindra bank, but they did no care to do anything.
6. Subsequently when i asked them to return my documents, they even did not care to return them. At the time of collecting the documents they were very prompt but now refuse to return the same.
7. This is nothing but pure customer harassment.

• 3)You could not be contacted at your residence/mobile phone.

Further request you to provide your alternate contact number at Solutions.[protected]@kotak.com to assist you further.

1. In case you have not been able to contact me on my mobile number please do let me know how were you able to contact me when you wanted to collect the documents? Above all you had collected the same from my residence.
