[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — transaction failed and money debited from account

When I was trying to book Jio Phone using my Kotak NetBanking and reached to the last option of payment money and I also paid money but at the last it show me transaction failed and account debit with requested money.

I was surprised and check my account balance and it's deducted as requested amount.

So please resolve my issue and give suggestion to get back money by my account.
