Kotak Mahindra Bank — twice i got a credit card, that i never asked for, and im being charged for it, never seen the hard card

I get a call from this lady no. +91-[protected] and she starts explaining the benefits of credit card
I ask her to email or msg me more details
And the same night, i get a message that statement for the credit card is generated and i i must pay by 23 july 2019,
And this has happened before two
I didn't complain cause i was being charged 300-400inr per year
And it ran for 2-3 years
But i know for sure that kotak is running a scam
They dont have a support team, their stupid ai (Kya) is useless, the helpline no[protected] is again ai and is useless, tried calling 4 times and it can't even listen to the crn
I have the lady's complete call recorded and is proof that i only inquired about the benefits and made no promises on wanting a card

I need someone from kotak to apologise and make sure they prevent this scam, if they dont know anything about it

Updated by alpharaman I called ‎[protected], and said credit card fraud, and im now redirected to talk to a person, he says there is no credit card issued in my name
this is very skeptical. I also now have this call on recording.
I hope some senior management from kotak reads this and gets to the root of these concerns...
