Kotak Mahindra Bank — Un intimation to customer hidden charges

On July month if w e check 2700 rs of check bounce amount as deducted. But not even informed customer and no intimation via sms or phone.
But which they deduction complite crime. We want put in case in court.
Can u Pls reverse my fund what actually deducted.
I am 5 year account holder. Kindly wave off the amount. But very high amount deducting in salary account.
