[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — unauthenticate cash demand by bank

My husband has taken credit card with the bank. And from last 4 months he has left me with my children. I am just in survival condition and bank agents pressuring me to clear dues. They have not given the loan or cc to me. So how can the bank give pressure to me. Even today they abuse me on call. Please help me or guide me. Please.

I'm using kotak credit card more than a 4 months ago. Paying the bill before the due date but they added the charges of auto debit failure. Rs 500+Rs 96 for gst
Two times I complain about the same. They return the amount two times when I complain about this.
