[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — unauthorized credit card charges

Dear madam/sir,
I had submitted a request letter to cancel my credit vide letter dtd:17.12.17 and also paid the annual fees to the bank. However, the kotak mahindra bank is not cancelling the credit card till date and sending reminders for payments. Request to please help and support.
