I am Chandra Bhan from Delhi(NCR), i had received call from ([protected]) Kotak Mahendra Bank Collection agency at[protected]:08 on mobile number [protected] related to My younger Brother Mr. Uday Bhan's credit card(Card Ending Digit 6699 and Registered Mobile Number is [protected]) payment due. The executive told me that he is calling from Impact India Services and after many requested he told me, he is calling from Kotak Mahendra Bank and he passed phone to his Team Leader and that Team Leader threated me and started using abusive language(muh pe chhate padenge, bhosadi ke, address dhudhne ke paise tera baap dega). I have that call recording.
I just have a few questions from Bank and RBI,
1. is this kind of calling is allowed ?
2. you guys are not taking late charges or Interest for late payment.
3. How agency or bank staff have rights to use this kind of language.
4. Have you guys taken consent from me while issuing Credit Card, if not Then how you calling me and using abuse language.
I am waiting for your response so that I can make payment and discontinue the relation with this kind of service provider.
