Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unethical behaviour and disgraceful service. harassed a senior citizen | |||||
I am really disappointed by the services offered by the employee of kotak mahindra bank kankurgachi branch. I am staying in delhi and i am in real need of money, my mom who is 65 years old went to the kankurgachi branch with all my kyc documnets and all possible letters that is required to deposit money, still the bank employee refused to take the money as i was not present in the bank. How is it possible on earth for me to go to the bank in kolkata to deposit money on my account and the amount was only 4000rs. I even signed and wrote an authorization letter and scanned it to my mom so that she do not have to face any difficulties. Your bank and employees of your bank harassed a senior citizen and forced her to leave the bank as i was not present. Are we heading for a betterment for our country? Is it the way? This is just an email rather a complaint but trust me i will take you guys real far for this issue unless its not been resolved from your end.
