[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unethical practices & poor customer service | |||||
I am fade up with kotak mahindra bank since last few months, no response Recently i faced problem with the bank i. E. As on 20th june’16 my account balance was rs 1271/-and as on 22.06.15 balance is zero even i have not done any transaction. Without any transaction how account balance became zero? Why standing instruction of rs 1000/- has been failed even though the balance was there in my account? I have sent mail to service. [protected]@kotak.com on 22nd june'16 but no one has response till date even i spoke to their representative but no answer The bank is literally cheating Was this information helpful? | |||||
