[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — unethical service | |||
I had requested for account opening however i do not have an aadhar card, received a call from kotak and knowing the fact that i dnt have aadhar card, on 1st sept 2017 executives came to my apartment and collected my documents and cheque of worth10, 000. After collecting the documents they have stalled my account and are not opening the a/c as i do not have aadhar card, this is extremely bad, when they already knew that i dnt have aadhar card why did they come to my apartment for document collection. The next day on 2nd sept 2017 kotak had organized an aadhar camp and i enrolled myself however the agency did not submit my enrollment for processing due to which it was cancelled and no aadhar number was generated even after 2 and half weeks, when i inquired at the adhar customer care i was told that the centre has not submitted my enrollment at all for further processing, what a faulty service and mere waste of time. I would need to enroll again. The manager naveen doesn't even reply to my messages and emails. Extremely bad customer service from kotak. I have asked for return of my documents and no longer need any services from kotak anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
