Kotak Mahindra Bank — unnecessarily deducting the amount

Hello sir,

I'm karpagam uvr existing bank account holder salary account maintaining last 4 & half years. But nowdays unnecessarly deducting the amount. Already i send u the complaint..in that complaint u mentioned that i used more transaction at another atm.. But this statement absolutely fake.. This month i'm not use like that.. Dont do like this from the customer. Last month also u deducted again this doing the same.. I will take necessary action from bank. Side and please fefund my amount rs 493.

Very very very worst & cheating the people.. Same thing u doing like this atlast i will issues to the consumer court.

As i m Yusuf Shaik using 811 a/c an unfortunate ly my amount was detected on 07 June 2018 by mistake i have given wrong number i type it shows failed an also i didn't get refund i m from past 2 days i m waiting for amount plz do soon
