Kotak Mahindra Bank — unnecessary charges even after moratorium approved | |||
Sir i have opted for mortorium till august 31st 2020 for my personal loan bearing personal loan account number spln60553792. It was approved with and received reference number. However i started receiving contiouns calls from kotak team stating mortorium is rejected, however i have not received any email confirmation on that. Its been 2.6 years i paid my loan emi with out any delay. To my surprise even after mortorium approval i was lieved charges of 750rs dated august 8th 2020. Sir if they change rules on their own to whom we should inform. Kindly take an action against them and help me to update my mortorium till august 31st 2020. Was this information helpful? | |||
