[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — unnecessary harassment | |||||
I applied for a credit card for kotak mahindra bank online on 27th april 2018. Their representative had a telephonic discussion and collected (Orally) all of my credentials for the application on the same day. Immediately i received an application reference number to my e-mail and mobile no. The aforesaid application no. Is[protected]. (Received on 27 april 2018 at 14:20 pm). The executive had set for an appointment to send the executive to collect the necessary documents physically from my office on monday 30th april 2018. Till today (8th may 2018) no body has come to collect the same as they promised and i received no call from the bank regarding the same. Only yesterday i received a call from kotak mahindra bank and someone said it was a misunderstanding on their part (?) and they would send the executive on monday and till today no one visited or called me regarding this. I demand an apology and an explanation for such unnecessary harassment on banks part and since i have shared some vital information about myself, i am worried for their safety. Please help.
