[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Unresolved Account closure request | |||
Hi, my CRN is 80685339.As per your instructions, I have send a mail to salaryhelpdesk.[protected]@kotak.com with the brief description about my balance deduction issue then mr.kejal jain -Service Manager mailed me with a Account closure form and told me to submit it to the nearest branch, my nearest branch is Chennai velachery so I went there for from submission, but the Wealth assistnace person in that branch doesn't accept my form then she told the same story as negative balance because of non maintenance charge I clear told everything about this uniformed charge(-3959) to the salaryhelpdesk.[protected]@kotak.com after that only the service manager told me to submit a form but in my nearest they never accept the form, and I have informe the same to the salaryhelpdesk.[protected]@kotak.com . what should I do now?, i have done everything properly in my side as citizen .but your bank simply frustrating people by like unwanted travel. please do the needful.
