After complaining to kotak bank branch at kandivali West dhanukarwadi branch 2-3 times, that I don't wish to receive any calls regarding credit card and loan from the same bank, they called me so many times even on holidays and while I was visiting Hospital due to some reason. I reported the same to the bank branch stating me that now I won't receive any calls further. Still I get calls and it's a harrasment to me. Very horrendous service I am facing with this bank. Hence now switching off my account from the same bank
