Kotak Mahindra Bank — UPI payments are blocked

I'm unable to make payments through UPI from my account and i am not receiving the amount from others to the account through UPI
I'm getting an error message that UPI is blocked due to security reasons
I have contacted Bank branch and customer care also but no use. They are saying nothing is blocked.
