Crn no :[protected]. While opening bank account with kotak mahindra bank, they promised me zero maintenance charge for first year and it has been even mentioned clearly in the application form which they provided to me but I see rs 175 deducted from my bank account for non maintenance of average monthly balance. My CRN no:[protected], Its a 811 Kodak Zero balance saving account ... But now you people have deducted Rs. 331/- as Lien amount from my account for non balance maintained... This is unfair & cheating... Then why you people dint mentioned this in the form... Please try looking into this & refund that amount...
