Kotak Mahindra Bank — Very Bad Service From Kotak Bank Relationship Manager | |||
Hello I m jaydeep from vadodara and I have account with kotak bank today experience is very bad in kotak bank. last some days there is some problem in withdrawal due to banned 500 and 1000 notes.today I go to kotak bank and I want to withdrawal 10000 rs without ATM and Cheque banking person say me we can not pay you money. they told me RBI policy without cheque book customer can not withdrawal money if manager want than he create withdrawal slip and given me cash but our relationship manager was given me wrong information. I have lots of proof kotak mahindra bank is given money without cheque and ATM but today manager nature speech very bad after some days I complain to RBI for it. Why I've charge TBMS charge for the sept and Aug, Scam will cost you. Please check and refund the account else your services will no longer needed going to close the haux account. super crap service from Kotak cheap bank. Really feeling angry for the wrong charges
