Kotak Mahindra Bank — welcome kit not received | |||
Havnt recvd welcome kit from Kotak Mahindra Bank due to negligence of their employee Neeraj and Hussain. Its been 5 months now. I had openend my savings account with the Bank in the month of Februry 2018. In spite of regular followup, I didnt recv the welcome kit, which has cheque book, debit card and other details. Probably they have sent it to a wrong address, however, they dont repsond and they are not resolving my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Multiple times my money got deducted from kotak account for not having minimum monthly balance without any intimation from the bank this month (14th July - 16th July 2018) and i am unaware that kotak actually has a minimum balance mechanism. This is really unfair. Even i didnt get any alert message for we are going to deduct some amount n all..
