Kotak Mahindra Bank — withdrawal of money on 22nd november 2017

Sir/Madam.

With reference to the subject cited Above, i have an issue regarding transaction happen on 22nd of November 2017. As Sir, on the said date i withdraw a sum of Rs 10000/- from my salary account Debit card from City Bank ATM in Garuda Mall Bangalore, the problem issue is the transaction slip was print out but i didn't receive my money and it was deducted from my account, i complaint regarding that but no response and i try to call the customer care but no help. so i lounge a complain for the said subject.

Therefore, Sir kindly look into my problem and do the necessary action Please.
