Kotak Mahindra Bank — Worst bank in handling clients

Worst bank, they levied charges for debit card before even physical verification is done and they say that i have applied to the services and i asked they to refund the amount where they didn't say anything about GST charges which will not be returned and after calling them they reverted the amount but took the gst charges they put a SMS back saying this a onetime goodwill service and they closed my debit card on my request by promising a new debt card with the charges that have been levied but now they say gst has been levied and you are short of funds, if you want you need to apply for it you need to add the funds .. the customer care representative are the worst. they don't even know how to handle the customers. this is the worst bank.
